Best way to get back in shape and cut down quickly?

I used to be gymmaxxed a year ago, dropped everything and focused on moneymaxxing.

I’m like 20% bf rn and got small residue of muscle on me. I know muscle memory can bring me back to that physique but U need to cut down a lot that’s the most important thing rn.

Face fat needs to go.

Let me know what you guys would do.

aggressive cut, eat in a 1000 calorie deficit and a lot of protein, do cardio if you want it bad enough. If you don’t care about your muscle then just fast but make sure to get electrolytes while fasting
