Best way to get look good for summer

I’m 17 6,2 162lbs ≈18%bf and beginning of june/summer I wanna be bigger annd leaner obviously. what’s the best method to get there?? Is there time to bulk then cut or should I do like a lean bulk?

MT2, Reta, moderate dosed test or ostarine. all you need.

To answer your question though, incorporate a steady +200 surplus to your maintenance calories, whole foods (count your macros and eat your protein & healthy carbs), a good gym routine with cardio, lower your stress, and good sleep.

Ngl 18% right now isn't bad and you have plenty of time to get in shape, you won't be extremely ripped in 6 months. It will mostly be noobie gains but you'll look fit. If you want to speed up your process you can try BPC/TB500 with Reta to lower your BF and the other two for recovery. Mark as solution:feelsyay:

I don’t think you need Reta, unless you're still fat after ostarine. Start Ostarine at 5mg work up to 20-30. You probably won’t need pct unless you go to 30 but definitely get your bloods that’s always smart.

yeah just do the bulk and go to gym.

cut if you want to look good 18% bf is fat, "lean bulks" and just slight calorie surplus they wont make you lean if your already fat JFL, go on a deficet go on a maintenance calories calc online and figure out your maintenance and cut that number by 500. one pound of fat 3500 cals, if you cut 500 cals a day while progressing in the gym and eating enough protien you will loose a pound of fat a week just stay consistent.
 
fuck the people telling you to cut get on a moderate dose of test ~300mg or whatever you can tolerate and add in some tren at 50mg and tirate up to 100-150 or whatever you can tolerate without sides, also take 1mg of reta a week and some mt1 or mt2 for tanning

eat at maintenance normally you would be better off bulking/cutting but if you wanna look good by summer theres no time you gotta recomp and the only way to do that is tren, add in some gh too if you can afford it
