An AAS could work same with HGH but your young so i would wait a year or 2 to see if it gets better but if i deosent you could do some injection or just wait till your 18 and get a genioplasty

Go to the gym and be active, eat good food and lots of protein and sleep well and long and then just wait for puberty to do its thing

Def go gym. Any increase in test at 13-15 will have a huge effect and good sleep + lift is key for that
