Best way to grow taller at 14 years old, can’t do peptides or anything to dangerous

I am 5,3 rn and entering a growth spurt

holy shit do you know much i'd pay to be able to go back to having wide open growth plates and a head full of knowledge.

what would you have done if you were able to go back and have open growth plates?

fixed my diet earlier, slept a lot more, minimize stress. I used to spend hours stressing and arguing with parents teacher etc it was so bad for mental health i was in and out of hospital.
I would also blast hgh and some non aromatizing steroids
doubt i could get my hands on stuff like voso or abalo but i wonder if it would have any effect.
Hard to think abt cuz theres so much stuff I would have started to do earlier surrounding lifestyle and stuff. I'd probably get more cardio and steps in aswell + posture and stretching.

Okay fine tell me, I have strict parents but maybe some things will work.

elimnate all stress
sleep til you wake up
eat til you cant eat
high dose hgh
insulin before meals
pht analogs
low dose tren or if your scared some type of oral steroid , maybe trt dosage needed
stretch and be active
maintain good posture
train but dont overtrain
pray

i wouldnt fuck with AI's because ur brain health
