Best way to get rid of stretch marks?

Lost weight way too fast years ago so the side of my stomach looks horrid now.

I don't think waiting it out would do much difference since I've had this for almost 4 years now.

Not sure about stretch marks but I used scar cream from self harm scars and they helped alot don't have anymore scars except a few worth a look honestly.

Stretch marks usually go away in a few months anyways

Side of my stomach. Was around 82kg at 5'7 to 64kg 5'11 so you can probably imagine how bad it looks like.

Mostly genetics and late growth spurt but I did sprint once in awhile at night to avoid people seeing me idrk if that had any effect tho
