If you are naturally socially inept (autism or something else) and not socially inept because of years of negative reinforcement, you can't
But if it's the latter, just talk to people more, be nihilistic and see yourself as god and others as dirt

i am the latter, im not even that socially awkward just need to do a touch up on my skills after rotting
