Best way to grow NEW facial hair + Eyebrow hair?

ok so I bought long ago Foam minoxidil, but i saw a lot of threads saying you shouldnt use it as it destroys collagen,

what other way could you reccomend to grow new hair on beard and eyebrow area?

Also - i have a dermapen and im using it once a week on area too and i want to use tretinoin soon toon and i thought it could cancel out the minox effects?
also i use Moisturizer always after minox

yeah thats why i mentioned it, will it help if i use something else or will it not? honestly i dont really need a beard i have a wide jawline but i have masculine features and i thought ill add to that, but the eyebrow is still needing some improvement
