teen "love" isn't even real, and besides do you want to suffer for the rest of your life for only a few years at best? fuck bloat, you need to be eating at a surplus, full protein + maximum vitamins and minerals + sleep + some exercise. Basically everything to make your body grow.

i can't sit and suffer while my friends slay
it's mostly because of my bloat anyway
but if i lean down it fucks my puberty
i thought gymmaxxing was good for puberty + helps you lean down and grow muscle
