If you want to PERMAFRAUD your height, you will run into various issues such as:
  • Forefoot Pain: Shifts weight forward, causing inflammation and calluses.
  • Tendon Shortening: Tightens the Achilles tendon and calf muscles over time.
  • Back Strain: Forces the lower back to arch, leading to chronic spinal pain.
  • Knee Stress: Increases pressure on joints, accelerating wear and tear.

First of all, we are completely ditching the built-in heel/wedge you normally see on height-boosting shoes. What you need to look for are thick-soled sneakers. You can find numerous shoes like the above on Temu/Shein. This is the pair I personally use to fraud 2.5 inches with no raised heel; my posture has improved significantly ever since I switched to these. And no, they don't look retarded in real life if you pick a dark colour and ensure the height added is 2-2.5 inches to avoid looking like a gimp.


2: The insole

This is a plantar fasciitis arch support orthopaedic insole. While not commonly used for height-boosting purposes, these actually give you 0.5 inches in height and actively IMPROVE your overall posture due to the arch support, they are also used in conjunction with lifts by knowledgeable lift users to somewhat mitigate the damage on your posture from the raised heel.

By combining these two, I effortlessly fraud 3.0 inches of height, from 5'9 to 6'0 with absolutely 0 issues running/jogging (I don't recommend trying to sprint in these jfl) this combination has completely changed my life and improved my overall posture, I wear these every single day with 0 detriment to my posture. This is without a doubt the best method of daily heightfrauding if you're a manlet.

i use regular 1 inch(3 cm) lifts and some sneakers, i honestly never been caught.

the thick shoes are kinda retarded since its really hard to walk on them it feels like heels.
