Best way to improve hair volume

Have any of you had success improving hair volume and quality, Im starting fin to stop recession, but also just want to improve volume and hair quality from baseline. Ghk cu possibly, or has anyone used hair ointments and oils. I dont want to take minoxidil and eyebag and wrinklemax

Stop using shampoo and look into natural stuff, my hair got way thicker with eggs

when i take a bath i crack 2-3 eggs and rub them in my hair/scalp and then 10 min later i wash off with cold water
