Best way to improve maxilla projection at 16?

I have a class1 bite but ever sense I started looking on looksmax I realized my maxilla is ressced like non prominent it makes me so mad. i have all the symptoms of a ressced maxilla to, poor nasal breathing, always droppy eyes, dark under eye, flat cheekbones, etc etc any suggestions?
