I basically just turned 16 and lack bone mass in my face, I want to gain strength and size as well as bone mass I'm willing to take really anything peptide and or supplements, please lmk

Increasing bone mass is cope, it is only needed if your bone less asf

dont eat grainsludge. don't listen to this guy. eat tubers for starch, fruit for carbs, raw meat, organs and fat, raw milk and fermented foods. eat alot of raw dairy for growth.
if you cook don't cook it alot.

Ye, the only thing that matters is bone structure, but if your boneless then you need to increase the bonemass

get more cholesterol trust me, cholesterol is precursor for test, high cholesterol is not an issue if your triglycerides are low, how to keep them low is dont eat seeds oils and sugar, simple
