other than tret which is too strong for some, is ghk-cu enough for keeping collagen production high?

Don't underestimate collagen after 25; needs a serious power-level setup jfl. Tretinoin 0.025–0.05% is the gold standard, directly stimulating fibroblasts, while retinal 0.05–0.1% is a gentle yet effective alternative for sensitive skin. GHK-Cu is already the primary support, but combining it with Matrixyl 3000, Syn-Coll, and EGF significantly increases collagen I and III production. For maximum effect, moisturize with SPF + in the morning and GHK-Cu/peptide/EGF + in the evening (would be enough most prob idk). For professional boosters, microneedling or fractional laser directly stimulates the skin and increases collagen production. Furthermore, topical vitamin C (10–20%), niacinamide, and minerals (copper, zinc) nourish fibroblasts...

And shouldn't forget lifestyle factors like sleep, hydration, stress management, and protein intake, because skin ultimately nourishes from within. In short, this combination puts your skin in maximum collagen for a 25 yo, if those are not enough js ropefuel and reincarnate, wish for the best skin in another life.

Would appreciate if you mark as solution:feelsgood:

mirin I think I need to level up my skin routine and start using GHK-Cu
I'm not sure how to fit it in though.

i am confused, by don't underestimate do you mean it's still strong on it's own or don't underestimate while supplementing?

Drop your routine and I can help bud

You're routine is alr too good but I can give some further advices;
You can add Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid 10–15%), a cofactor in collagen synthesis. It is very effective if used in the morning before SPF. (this is topical btw)

Niacinamide (5%) strengthens the barrier and slows down collagen loss.

Omega-3 and vitamin C supplements (and this is oral one), extra support supplements.

Your routine is already top-tier and red light therapy + botox will make it further better, I just want to state one thing:

At some point you may see some side effects and everything can be a lot for your face skin and one day if you decide not doing your skincare anymore, your skin may find it hard to adaptate using nothing. So try to keep the balance and dont overdose anything. Maybe in long term you can slowly lower tret to 0.05%.

And lastly, fuck all the niggers that say I'm using ChatGPT, use your brains faggots.

Lmk if you have any questions:feelshah:

It can fuck up you facially and descend you so hard. That's why most of the +25 Male models have strict collagen routines jfl.
