Most of you are computer geek turds. Go mall walking or walk on a treadmill

Hit 10-15k steps a day.

Eat first meal 6 hours after waking up.

You’ll get lean and you won’t have to count cals or any other of this retarded crap you whine about.

Humans are meant to move a lot and avoid breakfast.

Breakfast has 0 evolutionary basis.
 
I eat as soon as I wake up and then sometimes don’t eat after that or sometimes have lunch as well
 
no need for intermittent fast, just do one 36 hour fast a week, the longer the fast the better.
 
Isn't cortisol a problem though?
