Ive been drinking too much alcohol the past few months and i noticed my belly started expanding a bit (im still skinny and all but the difference is visible)

Except for calorie deficit, running and all that bs, i recently read somewhere about tesamorelin. Does anyone know if that shit actually works? And if yes, how much should i take per how often?

Lose bodyfat generally to lose fat, abdominal and lower abdominal fat is the last to go because all mammals store fat there more stubbornly for protection of viscera/internal organs. 👍 Only way to lose it is by losing fat generally across your body.

Im already fairly skinny in the other areas of my body, so if i lose fat generally im afraid my arms will look too skinny

Yeah but you don't really have a choice in that unfortunately, can't force the body to lose fat in a certain area more than another. Gonna have to build bigger arm muscles to compensate for the eventual fat loss there. 🤷‍♂️ You don't store much fat there though unless you are pretty chubby, so probably you won't lose much size there if you are already say 15-20% bodyfat somewhere.
