Best way to lose fat during puberty?

Im 5'10 and 14 right now im tryna get to 6 feet and i wanna lose fat and im going to the gym but its super slow and im not really getting that much protein in because the only diet i know is starvation which can impact my height growth, is there any good way to lose fat during puberty?

dont agressively cut until you finish puberty since youll end up underdeveloped just hit the gym n eat ur protein youll turn out fine
 
Because of ketosis. Without carbs your body will burn fat to use as an energy source.

Your body will lose fat when in a caloric deficit.

You utilize carbs. Why you may ask (since you’re intellectually challenged) because carbs increase your perception of effort, it reduces your Supra spinal CNS fatigue, it gives you energy and so on and so forth, therefore making you perform better in the gym so you will get more stimulus, thus building more muscle mass. Sure maybe he will lose some more fat (I believe it’s subtle), but at what cost? He will perform worse in the gym. Your body WILL perform better when given carbs as energy rather than when he burns fat for energy.

ketosis is rarely utilized and definitely not the default when it comes to cutting. Yes often we cut on carbs primarily, but we don't cut out all the carbs. OP should learn calorie management
