Hi, I'm 14 (M) currently weighing 140 pounds, at a height of 5'8. My goal is to lose 30 pounds so I can get a lean face and hollow cheeks. I've tried eating a maximum of 500 calories per day but still, I remained the same weight for 2 weeks. I think the best way is to starve myself and walk around 2-3 miles everyday but I'm not sure if that's the way to do it. Any advice?
