Some things to say: Should I lose weight (goal is to lose face fat) at 13. Even should I change the way I eat, or stop counting calories when I eat because I am counting calories. I will try to write as concise as possible so please don't laugh at me. Current weight: 47kg Height: 156.5cm (5'2) Weight three months ago: 43kg Height three months ago: unchanged What did I do? (actually, CHAT GPT told me what to do): Eat 3330 calories and I divide it into 7 meals, 4 snacks and 3 main meals Only require carbs and fat in the main meal: 750 calories, <=110g carbs <=20g fat And snacks 250 calories <=6g fat Then when I gained 46kg, I ate 3100 calories, reduced each snack to 200 calories and <=5g fat, Main meals remained the same After reaching 47kg, gradually reduced from 2900 calories to 2600-2700 calories to lose weight I am eating about 2900 calories, main meal is 700 calories, snacks are still the same, target is 44.8-45.5kg Workout schedule: 6 Sessions/week of meaningless boxing every morning burns about 160-200 calories. Afternoon: 2 sessions of 30-minute 5-kilometer jogging. 2 sessions of sprinting. 3 sessions of meaningless bodyweight burn 200 calories/session. What I plan to fix?: Change the 30-minute jogging to a 60-minute walk in the afternoon. Reduce the meaningless boxing sessions by continuing to walk 45-60 minutes in the morning or replace them completely. Change the bodyweight to neck curls with weights, extensions with weights. About 2 sessions of neck curls/week and 1 session of extensions. Rest after 6-8 weeks. Don't limit fat too strictly, try to eat lard, chicken skin, cholesterol, goose liver, egg yolks, avoid soybeans, etc., eat vitamins from fruits take vitamins like : a,c,e;k,d ,..... Some additional information: I used to fast at the age of 12 to lose weight. I was 149cm and 49kg before fasting. After fasting, I was only 42kg and grew 152cm. Without counting calories, I tried to eat a lot (at this time, I was about 5'1" (154-155cm) tall) and accidentally ate a lot of rice. I don't understand why I only gained 43kg but grew up to 156.5cm in 1-2 months. Since counting calories, my height has been stable. Please help. Key question: Should I count calories like this at the age of 13 and should I lose weight to reduce facial fat because my face is currently swollen and my jawline is weak (due to boneless and resecnd, so I want to show my facial bones more clearly to "be less ugly"). I will maintain the weight after losing about 1-2 months and gain weight again to meet the height development.
