I'm currently 185cm, 90kg, 20yo, and looking to fix my skinnyfat physique. I have some past lifting experience, but right now I'm training exclusively at home with a pair of 10kg dumbbells.
My current routine:
Cardio every morning and evening (consistent).
Strict 8-hour sleep schedule.
Since I'm limited to 10kg dumbbells, how can I maximize hypertrophy to build a solid V-taper and aesthetic frame? Should I focus on high-volume, slow eccentrics, or specific calisthenics hybrids? Looking for objective advice on how to ascend with this setup.
