i drank a ton of raw milk and ate a lot of raw liver when i was ~17.5. haven’t grown in a while at this point, thought my growth plates were closed, didn’t do it for heightmaxx too just liked the taste of raw milk jfl

thru the year i heard that i grew from my family but thought they were lying. but yesterday i decided to actually measure myself and i grew 4 whole centimetres. it was also a nighttime and i was in a discord call with my buddy and decided to measure myself for fun. so morning height could be even more. rn i’m 18.5 yrs old

so u really can grow naturally at this age but it’s gonna be kinda unnoticeable, because even though i grew 4 cm i don’t feel much of a difference actually. maybe if i grew like 8-10 cm that would be impossible not to notice it

i’d suggest a tons of raw milk and raw organs
