Lets say, for the sake of the argument, some one found say 20 doses of a psychedelic in 100-125ug. What would be the best for them to help with anxiety and depression. Take 1-10 and fall asleep? Listen to music with a blind fold? Hang out with friends? Watch a movie? Also, I'd love to hear your experiences with psychedelics.
