So what I already do is eat 2-3 hours before bed, take my supps do my skincare (I don’t see improvements) I sleep on my back I put my headphones on occasionally I use mouth tape when my mouth is a little stuffy (I am not gonna become reccessed) but besides all this is there anything more I can do?
