If you've a double chin from being overweight you'll need to reduce overall bodyfat as well

stay mewing/hardmewing, keep extended but good posture, neck curls and chin raises in a way where you feel the muscles burning under. if theres fat well lose weight, a little aqualyx is also possible if you're too gluttonous.
