Because I thought the question was funny. I have no idea if such drugs exist although I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Stress is also a genetic thing, some people can have stressful jobs and not give a fuck and some people can be bird watchers and be stressed.
What helped me long term to reduce my stress, although keep in mind that I am a naturally carefree person, was reducing my coffee intake, meditation and taoist together with zen philosophy and practices

Could take Nebivolol, or even low-dose pregabalin for the duration of your cycle.
