Best way to remove a white head pimple without getting scars (fast fix)

Today I go to a festival so want to look at my best how I can, got a big white head on jaw:

My method to fix;

Just inject the needle into your pimple that’s it, sterile and the wound is just a needle wide, just gently let all the puss and blood go, and wait 10 minutes (remaining shit) after that it will heal faster and white heads are worse than red acne

GOTEMMM;

Pimples on nose and cheek aka the Triangle of death are more prone to scare,

But if you really need to this is the best way for me.
