It’s not permanent and you can’t use it everyday because you get topical steroid withdrawal. So I was thinking the only other option is Well Accutane

your nose size is mostly bone and cartilage so no topical or supplement will shrink it you can try contouring with makeup or filler to balance it but the real fix is a rhinoplasty.

Besides the basics like losing fat, hydroctisine can work and there's also a lot of other methods that can help shrink the nose just go on botb
