It’s not permanent and you can’t use it everyday because you get topical steroid withdrawal. So I was thinking the only other option is Well Accutane

Yea might have to hop on Accutane for 5 months

your nose size is mostly bone and cartilage so no topical or supplement will shrink it you can try contouring with makeup or filler to balance it but the real fix is a rhinoplasty.

Ehh for results to last for almost ever it’s around 5-10 months
