Best way to significantly tank cortisol?

I don’t know why but I wake up at 6:30 for no reason everyday almost. Even on a school day I can wake up at 7:30 but wake up too early. I think it might be stress/cortisol. I’ve had the same habits too pretty much.

I already eat hemp seeds with 220mg everyday, but I’m thinking of doubling it. What other options are there? I don’t want cortisol to mess with my growth, I feel like that’s why my growth is so bad.

I have ashwagandha at home, just need to steal it.
