break it, carefully remove the egg white and make sure u don't get any egg shells inside the egg itself. You'll be left with a membrane and the egg yolk, carefully flip the egg until gravity breaks the membrane and place the egg yolk in a cup and add milk mix them until u get a light brown cocktail and drink it, the taste will be concentrated at the bottom or won't be noticeable depending on how well you mixed it up.
