Best way to take a picture of yourself ?

I only have my chink low end smartphone at the moment and i look very ugly on it

I would like to know if paying 15$ for an identity picture from a pro would be a good way to know my true rating compared to triple mirror ? I think i'm 3 PSL atm (ethnic, balding)

No your brain makes you get used to it and makes you and people you know looks better than normally, double is bad and triple is super ugly

Buy a used DSLR from 10-15 years ago, put it on a timer and go take your pose.

That's how I got my avi (well, I didn't have to buy the camera).
