Best way to take LIQUID MK-677

I tried many different ways of administering MK, and in my opinion the advice I wish someone gave me is this. Get a bottle of Gatorade, preferably a light color like a light blue. A glass, on the smaller side. And the MK. Pour around an ounce of Gatorade. Then squeeze the amount of MK you want. Quickly after you stir the glass in a circular movement until you can see the MK blend with the Gatorade and it’s spinning. Then quickly drink it. To completely get residue off the bottom pour more Gatorade in glass after and drink it.

, ye i did that for a bit. I just felt like it was absorbing into my tongue more than anything
