Best way to tan without UV damage?

I am currently deathly pale but don't want to accelerate my aging by getting too much UV.
What are my best options?
Currently considering Melonatan or just buying a spray for pictures.

lock in on sunless tanners these use dha (dihydroxyacetone) that reacts with dead skin cells to fake a bronzed look, zero uv damage, no aging acceleration. super safe when used right, and modern formulas look way more natural than the old orange shit

cancer research uk: melanotan injections/nasal sprays are not safe, haven't been properly tested for safety/quality/effectiveness, and could contain random harmful crap. better stick to fake tan from a bottle
