istg ive had these small red dots that looks like pimples that are PIE for like a solid year now, but I didnt care about skincare routine for a solid year so im guessing that halted the fading part of it quite abit:lul:, im now on 0,025% tret, cleansing morning and night and moisturizing enough. I microstamp 1x monthly 1mm depth, should it be enough to fade the PIE?

anything else I could use to really fade em? I have 0 acne now since puberty over I really just need the pie gone any recommendations appreciated

very solid routine, id add in some spf tho

So it should relatively start fading soon? and yea im gonna add 50 spf as soon as the sun starts doing something im in sweden so 0 UV until like late march:lul:

it should, i mean you're on tret which besides accutane is the best skincare there is, if you were just starting out id tell you to get on azelaic acid or an other active but with tretinoin that isnt needed, get the spf and be patient my brotha

and you can up the microstamping a little ngl 1x a month isnt that much

spf is easily the most important treatment

along with some topical like 10% azaleic acid and keeping a healthy moisture barrier

so I should skip this since im on tret already?

tret is for preventing new acne it doesn't help much with pie I am using azelaic acid 20% in mornings and tret at nights

some claim that tret should be enough and to skip it, whats ur experience while using both? wouldnt that be like nuclear
microneedddling
is 1x monthly enough or nah?

Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB (at least SPF 30) alongside Azelaic Acid. Niacinamide may also help.

yea ill introduce that when sweden has some kind of sun going on:lul: prob spf 50 too

what do u think about using azelaic acid in the morning and tret at night?

alright, I'm debating also using azelaic acid, most likely 10% along with continue my use of tret 0,025% at night if anyone thinks this is over the board pls lmk if not is there any brand or anything i should look out for when buying azelaic acid?
