Best way to use aromatase inhibitors in puberty

After I Turn 16 this month I plan on doing 10iu of hgh and some test (dont really know how much test exactly cause i have not done enough research yet) but what would be the most ideal aromatase inhibitor and how much should the dosage be so I dont develop gyno

i took 12.5 with my 75mg test and the same day my joints were aching from low estrogen, usually i aromatize a shit ton, finding the best aromasin dose for me is a pain in the ass bruh

yea it is kinda anecdotal but 75mg test does NOT NEED an aromatase inhibitor

mb that was just one day, i do 75mg 4 times a week, i was just doing 6 mg of aromasin every injection day but i felt like it wasnt enough so yesterday i just tested with 12.5 with my 75mg of test and it made my estrogen too low around night time, maybe i should do 9mg every injection day?
