training your neck will aid in ur posture correcting due to the strong muscles being more contracted than average (didnt explain it well) plus u look good w a thick neck. also have you seen a dude w a thick neck have incel posture??

If you're downgrown you can't fix it, you need ccw bimax.

Proper posture will suffocate recessed-cels with needle point airways.

stretches for your neck (chin tucks and front neck stretches on both sides)
need to fix rounded shoulders too tho with:
pec stretches, building muscles at rear shoulders and lower traps
