Best way to fix Tear troughs?
There are few options...

  1. fat transfer🧈
  2. custom facial implants (quite expensive i.e. 20k $ Eppley).💀
  3. Fractional CO2 Laser:lasereyes:
  4. hyaluronic acid fillers. Including....
    1. Needle mesotherapy
    2. Needle mesotherapy with DERMAPEN
  5. Other options?
Which one do you consider the best (especially if you tried any?)
I would rather go for the less invasive ones (options 3-4).

In my case they go from left side infraorbitals to a'la hollow cheeks forming something like in Homelander (Antony Starr).

Adopofill might work too

I mean, what is the product? I've never heard of it. Could you say please what that is?
BB cream is a makeup concealer like thing you apply it to the dark circles

they all have complications and risks from what ive heard so just go for the cheaper and quicker aka filler

Thoughts on cream that add fat when i applied(forgot how its called). I think it may work.

Vollufiline and similar stuff ain't enough to fix that, but it can slightly improve it.

have u tried it urself? seems like a legit way. Any improvement is worth it. Along side with other stuff may come compound effect.
thoughts on moisturizing under eye area with vaseline to prevent further fat loss? Ive seen some sheebon did that dont if its legit

Applying vollufiline myself nowadays, there is a subtle improvement but tear through area seems to be the least responsive for this.

So what is the main factor in your case?
I don't know, but it seems like it improves parts which are already better than other (where already some fat is).
Adipofillin is another compound with similar activity, but it's water-soluble, not oil like Vollufiline, so I think it shouldn't be mixed in one solution.

everyhting seems to have a downside, v ery sad

this doctors criticize fillers, saying it stays for years causing swealling

This doctor says that implants will become noticeable when person ages because of bone loss, so it will needed to add more, also implants can cause rigid edges showing the person had implants. And fat grafts are not recommended because they are hard to predict, and its complex to remove. He says permanent fillers can cause infections and its very hard to remove.

I have a post with the same discussion
so what's the best option you think?
