What are the best ways/methods to increase Collagen production? Currently I only know about:

  • Raw cocoa, liquid or powdered cow/goat colostrum, collagen powder (NativePath, Vital Proteins or Live Conscious?), bone broths.
  • Copper peptide serum
  • Red light therapy
  • Tretinoin (what concentration should I use, warnings/care, why, etc.)
  • etc.

I've heard Aloe Vera on the skin + drinks can help a bit

Lots of dietary collagen doesn't necessarily translate to good collagen production. The two most impactful factors for skin quality are hormones and sugar. For example, when I was on Finasteride my skin quality increased and pimple occurance massively decreased.

Since you don't want to feminise yourself, Tretinoin is the best solution. Start with 0,05%, at which dose you'll see improvements in at most 3 months. Be careful to just use a pea sized amount and not rub it too close to your eyes, shit is really irritating. for the first 2 weeks apply it every 3 days to see how your skin reacts to it. Be sure to moisturise after and use a 50 SPF+ sunscreen.

This is basically all you have to do, just start with Tret and if you're still not satisfied go for the rest.

We are going to ascend very soon yakhii!! 😻😻😻🤙🤙 In a few days I will consult Ronald from Jaw Hacks to see if he approves of using an FM on me and then I will be able to fix my recessed maxilla (including my potential) and be able to get mms and even cms of forward growth (it's my point of departure). But, in addition, you have given me the motivation to have good nutrition and also take care of my immune system, digestive system, etc. I just love you yakhi! 😻🤙🤙 Best user on the forum tbhngl

diet is bullshit when it comes to collagen imo. dont waste money on supplements in the purpose of collagen.

vitamin c helps with collagen production tho

just use tret tbh. maybe copper peptide injections.

while red light therapy sounds good on paper, there is not much study paper about the effects without conflict of interest.

So, I'm overthinking it, right?

I think I'll just go for Tretinoin and a copper peptide serum on my face to increase collagen production.

yeah tbh. if it was that easy skincare companies would rush to supplement thing. but its just a marketing scam made by mid sized companies that appeals so dumb roasties who think their skin will improve in 30 days by just popping some collagen pills.

I have a bottle full of magnesium pills but never even opened it lmao

Vit c helped me and also made my skin a bit whiter

Tret, sunscreen and proper nutrition + exercise for optimal hormonal profile.
Moisturizer is good as well (should be used along side tret)
