I want T levels like men had 2000 years ago. I know about xenoestrogens yeah and sugar being bad as fuck. Also pls don’t be the retard posting just inject T serious thread

Tbh I think attitude plays a big part. If you grow up in a shit neighboorhood you gotta fight just like in prison youll have way higher T levels, gotta simulate that somehow

-Do red light therapy on your testicles

-Sleep no later than 12:00 am for no less than 6 hours

-Stay at a lowish bodyfat percent. 12-15% is ideal

-Eat a few brazil nuts every evening for that bio-available selenium

-Take zinc and vitamin d3 with a fatty meal to increase absorption

-Fap less but don't quit fapping altogether

-Avoid situations where you get mogged. If you have job that you get mogged at every day then you need to find a new job

Exemestane = 60%, 100% T increase in regular and fatcels respectively, and maybe over 300% increase in dht

Natural things would be zinc, magnesium, coffee, calcium vitamin A,D,E,K weight lift and moderate calorie surplus

Being too fat create so much estrogen that can inhibit your hormones, just like roids and birth control

Also make sure your thyroid is ok. What increases natural T is antagonism of cortisol, serotonin, estrogen and prolactin

Well, everyone has made some very valid points, and it seems like we have an exhaustive list at our hands.
One thing I would definitely like to add from personal experience though is to ensure that you keep your rep count low (~5) on the compound lifts in the gym, and make sure you lift very heavy.
In my (carefully done) experiments, this was probably the biggest factor behind my T levels skyrocketing to insane levels.

P.S.: I based my experiments on some old exercise programming textbooks that I read.
