I'm currently 13 (I won't get off this website), and I want the best tips for puberty to maximise bone growth, height growth, etc

eat good
get sunlight
do 10-20 min of running/you could do sprinting
gym but train till 85-90% and dont go heavy and alot of seated movements

Eat a good diet with all the needed nutrients sleep alot like 9 hours work on social life and also train some stuff like swimming maybe and also get alot of sun the most important part is to enjoy life

Sleep and eat well, bulk up for sure but don't let yourself get fat with no muscle, exercise regularly. Prioritize lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats (so limit seed oils).

Don't get your expectations too high. Remember that you are not made of star dust and not everything is possible. We were ALL 13 once thinking drinking our milk and eating our veggies would get us to 6'5 with mogger face and an 8 inch thick ass dick at one point. Clearly, most don't end up there :lul: Your goal is to maximize your individual genetic potential, so take a good look at your parents and their heights and think not that you will become a God amongst men but instead that you will optimize and do justice to what they gave you.
