What things can I do to fix maxilla at 15

I want to know what to do. A way I can get headgear and methods to help bone growth maybe? I'm also still going through puberty so in general anything I can do to maximize it while I am able. Also a surgery that I can get once I'm old enough

I don't think you can get lefort without a medical reason, even LF1. The only place you can do it purely for aesthetics is in some dingy shit backalley in turkey

Mewing for the sole reason of maxillary support to squeeze out whatever you can. Depending on how fucked up your face is you can get a palate expander. Also you can try peptides if you're willing to take the risk but I wouldn't say it's worth it. D3, K2, Calcium, Phosphorus, and Boron ofc will help your bones develop but everything besides palate expander is mostly cope
