Best ways to promote facial bone growth?

besides blasting ofc. 15 years old. I have a good frame but want to know if I can get better jaw, cheekbones, brow ridge structure etc. ( besides strengthening masseter and hyoid muscles for lower third and getting leaner (no shit)). This is bc I’m currently bulking but want better face shape and am wondering if I need to be lean for that to happen. Any help is appreciated

Blasting peptides/roids is the only option tbh bro

Nothing will work apart from for mandible and brow ridge growth

no not rlly, at 15 u can still change bone structure, just mew, drink plenty of milk, get enough vitamin d3k2, supplement zinc, lift heavily, bulking wont affect ur facial growth unless ur eating shit like mcdonalds, frozenn pizza or other heavily processed foods that use seed oils

deadass at 15 i chewed alot on 1 side and not as much on the other, minor bone growth of the mandible and it flared 1 sides gonions a tad bit asw as giving a notch. Other then that nothing besides plasting test and running gh will do anything

I mean that’s perfect bc I lowk have a subtle Neanderthal brow ridge fml and am primarily looking for jaw gains bc that will really help my side profile. What do you think will work for me
