One that is easy to carry around, legal in europe but still very effective. Electroshooker? Or will this make strong attackers only more angry?

Yeah but if someone clearly mogs you in fight it's over without a weapon. Fighting with a weapon is 10x easier, even if you know how to street fight. For most legal weapons in europe you have to physically engange with the attacker anyway.

Maybe a long heavy duty torch, very powerful torch you can blind the attacker or bash them.

Pepper spray in some but it’s illegal in United Kuckdom lol, anything you can keep distance with but Europe just has terrible self defence laws.
