Yeah I done some more research on thumbpulling and pulling right at the back of the palate is the best, and you need to have some sort of forward pull on the palate after the thumbpulling

your thumbs. maintain good posture while thumbpulling/pushing and chin tuck. chin tucking is absolutely necessary.

Why would you chin tuck whilst lateral pulling? You got any results?

its more effective as you are going against the force of your thumbs, allowing there to be more pressure on your palate. i am currently doing this and making sure i am keeping good posture while not pushing on my teeth and only on my palate.
