I have yet to see an actual decent workout plan on here which is suprising considering all the fucking gymcels on here.

Motherfucker! What a body you have! Although I'm sure irl it looks slightly less impressive
those are screenshots from a video they're actually fairly realistic, some photos make me look much larger.

I might just make my own I feel like I'll be better off that way or should I just follow a pro if im new to the gym?

I squat once a week on sunday, 5 sets of 20 which is higher volume.

My Routine Looks like this
Monday - Chest and Back
Tuesday - Arms and Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs and Arms
Friday: Chest and Back
Sunday: Arms and Shoulders

I just need the right excercises to add to it
