Since I am stuck at home and do not have access to a gym, I would like to know what would be a good workout routine for this situation. I have some dumbbells at home and a pullup bar but that is pretty much it. My physical strength has become absolute shit so I want to work back up to what I had previously and also get some gains as well.
If you guys could share what you are doing that would be great, as well as any supplements or meal plans you are taking.
