19yrs old. Suffering from gyno for 6 years. 215lb and 5ft 11 or 6ft. Gym Beginner. What is the best workout routine for me? Would seriously appreciate some help, asked all over reddit, been doing some rescearch of my own. And I’m still not sure.

Eat in a 300 calorie deficit, do cardio daily and lift weights at the same time, and get gyno removal surgery

Ur totally out of shape so nothing elaborate just start small. 20 push ups followed by 20 bodyweight squats. Repeat as many times as you can and then do that multiple times througgh the day. Plus up your daily activity with walking. Brisk walking will do.

After a month then you start going to the gym and just do the basics. Squat, Deadlift, Bench press (try dips or incline bench if fllat bench doesnt feel right for you). Dont waste time on isolation. Your body can only recover from so much and isolating ur triceps or some other muscle for 5 sets is jst a waste of time when ur a newb.

No need, it could disappear on its own, you could wear gyno stickers or compression shirts or even just flicking your nips

Hey mate, good job starting to get into the gym. For your bodyfat you should focus on cardio, and with weights as a beginner I'd recommend full body 3-4x a week (every other day)

For gyno reversal without surgery look into raloxifene, Derek from more plates more dates has an article on it and a few videos.
But due to the size, raloxifene won't be able to completely get rid of it but may be able to reduce it until you can afford the surgery.

Best of luck
