I've seen things about bro split, FBEOD, PPL and other splits but what is the best for muscle hypertrophy ( what will lead to the most gains in the shortest time)

Upper body lower body rest day then PPL various fitness influencers reccomend it and it’s fairly enjoyable as it dosent get boring as much.
