Best workout split??

Im getting into the gym cause im a fat chud rn and need some advice on the best split and workouts to do

yh i was thinking abt this one cause i was watching bp fitness and he said training legs is complete cope
 
I like doing a form of push pull legs (mostly skip though) and an extra day for arms, shoulders and forearms.

Propably very unoptimal but I like it alot

Upper lower is great. Anterior posterior is a bit less optimal but if you enjoy one more than the other then go for it
 
I don’t get why some mfs like to throw an arm day without any correlation to the split
to have an extra day to focus on my shoulders (weakpoint) and forearms (genuenly my fav muscle group to train):ogre:

UL + extra day for your weak point is ideal
