Im getting into the gym cause im a fat chud rn and need some advice on the best split and workouts to do

I don’t get why some mfs like to throw an arm day without any correlation to the splitI like doing a form of push pull legs (mostly skip though) and an extra day for arms, shoulders and forearms.

Upper lower is great. Anterior posterior is a bit less optimal but if you enjoy one more than the other then go for it
