Best Workouts For A V-taper?

Currently, I’ve been going to the gym for around 4 months and have a pretty lean physique, but I’m trying to put on more muscle, and get a v-taper, what back, chest, shoulder, and arm exercises are best for getting that V shape, I can post pics in comments if needed.:)

Best isolations exercises (wouldnt do all in one)

SHOULDERS
side delt: lateral raise machine
rear delt: rear delt machine
Front delt: 0-20 degree cuffed front raise

CHEST
Mid/lower pecs:
pec dec
Upper chest: elbow cuffed seated low to high raise

BACK
Upper back:
Kelso shrugs
Upper lats: Sagital plane keenan flaps...

ABS

DECLINE CRUNCH

FOREARMS

Wrist curl, wrist extension and reverse curl
