best workouts for v line/adonis belt?

would leg raises on a pullup bar be a good choice, like basic lower ab workouts

Calisthenics and low body fat, try learning to perform a back lever and this experience alone will force you to develop lower abs.
The problem with just doing reps is that if you are a low motivation retard and haven't seen progress yet you have to actually have a tangible goal to achieve. The goal should be like two or three different pull-up bar positions (ie. front lever, back lever, inverted deadlifts, flagpoles.) Also builds forearm/grip strength because you will spend a lot of time holding your bodyweight.
