Ive got decent anxiety issues/cortisol spikes that give me heart palpitations. In fact i made a thread few weeks back about how i was mid-panic attack.
Anyway I told a doctor my problems and got prescribed beta blockers, which simply block adrenaline, and holy shit they work. Instantly cure my palpitations/anxiety for a few hours with only a quarter of a pill. Theres like no sides and long term negative effects but still you dont want to abuse/overdose coz then ur heartrate and blood pressure will get too low. Probably good for longevity/youthfulness coz we all know on this site how shit cortisol is long-term.
IDK how youd get them without prescription but yea.
